Pursuing a Non-Traditional Career Path: From Academia to Administration

Many years ago, when I graduated from graduate school, I found myself at a crossroads. While I had initially considered pursuing a career in academia, a dream told me that perhaps my true calling lay in a different direction. It suggested that I explore administrative work instead.
